By using greysidegolf.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. That's it — no tricks buried in here.

The Store

Greyside Golf is operated by BROADMINDED HOLDINGS, based in NC. These terms govern your use of the site and any purchases you make through it. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion — particularly in cases of suspected fraud, resale at scale, or abuse of any promotion.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders after confirmation if an item becomes unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case you'll receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices in your cart are locked at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for pricing errors — if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and notify you before fulfillment.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify Payments or Stripe. We accept major credit cards. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sales tax is collected where required by law based on your shipping address.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping availability may vary by drop — check the product page at time of purchase.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first — then contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with what arrived. If something is wrong — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Returns must be unused items in original condition.

We do not offer cash refunds on change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Limited run and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, email us at ben@greysidegolf.com with your order number and reason. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Limited Releases & Wait-Lists

Greyside operates on a limited-release model. Wait-list sign-up does not guarantee purchase access or a reserved unit. Early access is offered to the wait-list as a priority, but inventory is not held.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer. Orders placed in excess of stated limits may be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All content on greysidegolf.com — including the brand name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and visual identity — is owned by Greyside Golf or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

If you post about Greyside on social media, we may share your content. If you'd rather we didn't, tag us and let us know — we'll respect that.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to circumvent security measures, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to block access for violations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Product descriptions and photography are as accurate as we can make them. Colors may vary slightly based on your screen. If something arrives materially different from how it was described, contact us — we'll sort it out.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greyside Golf's liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so this may not apply to you in full.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
