We build gear we're proud of. If something's wrong, we want to know. If you just changed your mind, we'll work with you — within reason. Here's how it works.

Something Arrived Wrong or Damaged
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call. No need to ship anything back until we've talked.
Email support@greysidegolf.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Change of Mind
Not the right fit? We get it. Unused items in original condition — tags on, not washed, not worn on course — may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund to original payment method.
Return shipping is on you unless the return is due to our error.
Limited Run & Sale Items
All limited run drops and sale items are final sale. No returns, no exchanges. This will be noted clearly on the product page before you check out — we're not trying to hide it.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order. Given limited run quantities, we can't hold inventory during a return window.
How to Start a Return
1. Email support@greysidegolf.com with your order number and what you'd like to return and why.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We're not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund to the original payment method will be issued within 14 business days.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Uninstructed returns may not be processed.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived: unused, unwashed, with original packaging intact. Headcovers that have been on a club, exposed to weather, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return.
We inspect every return. If an item arrives back in a condition that doesn't match what was agreed, we'll contact you and return the item at your expense.
Timing
Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation when it's applied.
If you haven't heard from us within 3 business days of us receiving your return, email us with your tracking number.
